Floor plans and the architectural designs have not been finalised. Investor clients can reserve the type of apartment with the price per sq.m. Fixed by a 5000 euro refundable deposit. When we have the floor plans ready, the client’s who have reserved will then select their appropriate apartment first. If they decide not to proceed with the purchase, the developer will fully refund the deposit.
