This luxury privately owned and spacious three bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool, is situated in the quiet residential area of Konia. Konia village has two fantastic traditional taverna's a bar with internet cafe, a Cypriot coffee house and two small shops. Only a short 5 minute drive from the popular Paphos harbour and beaches where it has a rich choice of banks, tavernas, shops, and cultural interests.
Interiors: The large open lounge takes you to an arched doorway into the dining/kitchen area which is very comfortable with ample soft seating and a dining table which seats 6. The kitchen/dining area comprises fully fitted kitchen with full-size modern electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a wide range of kitchen utensils catering for most culinary needs. An iron and ironing board are also provided. In addition, there is a TV with DVD and a CD player. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and comfortably furnished for the accommodation of 6 adults. The bedrooms are furnished with solid pine beds (the master bedroom having an ensuite together with a double bed and both the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have 2 single beds each). Bed linen is provided along with bath towels. This luxury villa is fully air conditioned.
Exteriors: The villa offers two balconies, one off the master bedroom with mountain views and one off the back bedroom viewing the pool and patio area, which is equipped with an outside shower. There is a table with seating for 6 people under a parasol, as well as a wooden pergola. In addition, there ia a traditional Cypriot BBQ in its own designated area.
Location: The villa is a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport and 1½ hour drive from Larnaca airport. The famous Coral bay beach is only a 15 minute drive. In addition, this villa is in a central location for all 3 of Cyprus' world class championship courses (Tsada, Aphrodite Hills and Secret Valley) are within a 15 minutes drive.
Please note: We have a British husband & wife maintenance team who clean the villa, swimming pool, patio and garden areas. they can pick up and drop off at the airport for a small charge; Paphos airport - €20 (euros) 2008 price. Larnaca airport - request quote. They also have two small 4 seater hatchback car's together with a Mazda saloon that they rent out for hire. They can supply child seating. If you require a larger vehicle, We can assist you with a reputable car hire company that we often use ourselves when visiting Cyprus.
